Understanding which area you want to live in, and understanding the Rental Value within the area/building before figuring out your budget.

Nearest Subway Station? Nearest Grocery Store?

Residential Area that's closest to your school?

The SEARCH

Throughout the 'Search' it helps to keep a check list with you.

Here are some examples below:

MAIN: - Reputable Builders - Layout - Unobstructed view - Facing (N,S,E,W) - Parking / Storage Room

OTHER: - Amenities     (gym, swimming pool, sauna, etc.,) - Gas Stove - Lake View - Large Closet Space - Bike Storage

CONGRATULATIONS on your Acceptance.

Additional tasks before "move-in" Date:

(Your Realtor will guide you throughout)

  • Signing up for Utilities & Internet

  • Signing up for Tenant Liability Insurance

  • Submitting Condo Registration forms

  • Booking Movers / Booking Elevators

  • Preparing Key Deposits upon CLOSING DATE.
