I transitioned to real estate full-time so I could bring that same standard to the longer, higher-stakes decisions: renting a first apartment in a new country, signing a multi-year lease, finding a tenant for a unit you depend on for income. The job is the same. The stakes are bigger.
Toronto's rental market doesn't reward improvisation. It rewards the renter or landlord who showed up with their answers already in hand. Most of what I do is making sure that's my client.
The renter I find a great first apartment for becomes the buyer I help five years later. A landlord whose unit I fill thoughtfully becomes the landlord who refers me to their friends. I optimize for that relationship.
